Electrical Superintendent

As the Electrical Superintendent, you will be an integral part of the Management team, assisting with the development of Trigon goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and organizational development. You will coordinate the activities of the Electrical/IAT team as well as liaise with other Trigon teams to ensure site wide safety, consistency, and reliability.

    You will apply the standards and codes, both technical and ethical, which are specified for and generally acceptable to the electrical profession/trade and to comply with requirements which may be set internally from time to time for meeting non-routine or specific situations.

    You will provide leadership, skills and actions to the team which will guide them in carrying out their full range of tasks in an efficient and effective manner. Deal with discipline issues, promptly, effectively and within current policies and procedures.

    Equipment Operator

    The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining clean work sites and machinery. The role involves working in a team environment to support daily operations and ensure compliance with company health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

    This role requires at least 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a demonstrated track record of excellent health, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
